Our innovative 2k injection molded parts
One of our breakthrough innovations consists of just two components: In vertical injection molding with inserts, we inject the adapter directly onto the product we extrude. Our profound material know-how ensures that both individual components adhere ideally, absorb water safely as well as drain it off – and offer a variety of benefits, ranging from sunroofs to rearview cameras, spoiler, and fuel filler flaps: Our water and tank drainage hoses and insulating hoses offer optimum protection in vehicles where water penetration would otherwise be a problem.
HC Kunststoffwerk Water drainage hoses
We produce high quality water drainage hose made of hydrolysis and microbial resistant materials, and prove comprehensive know-how in soft PVC, TPEV, etc:
- Available extruded, overmoulded or preformed
- Available as assembly parts
- Made from a variety of materials, including PVC and TPE
- Hydrolysis- and microbe-resistant
- Custom lengths and packaging on request
HC-Kunststoffwerk Tank drain hoses
The tank drain hoses are produced at the HC-Kunststoffwerk in two versions – simply formed or with molded-on dirt throttle made of TPU:
- Injections available straight or at an angle
- Configurable in different sizes
- Limited resistance to oil and petrol
- Hydrolysis- and microbe-resistant
- Custom lengths and packaging on request
- Bent
HC-Kunststoffwerk Insulating hoses
HC-Kunststoffwerk convinces with many years of experience and as a partner of renowned cable or wiring system suppliers. We produce insulating hoses according to DIN ISO 40621. Our product range includes cold as well as heat resistant special hoses of different dimensions and surface structures for optimal protection and bundling:
- Resistant to cold up to -40 °C
- Resistant to heat up to +150 °C
- PVC, TPE, Polyuretan
- Dimensions 2 – 28 mm or customized
- Matt, rough, ribbed, smooth surface textures
- Available in rolls or pieces
- Color as requested
